The project is a study of the transformation and adaptive reuse of a former industrial building, recognizing the beauty and potential of its modular, durable structure. It aims to create a form for innovation and foster an environment that stimulates creativity—going beyond typical office and industrial park design. The project leverages the existing fabric for new functions, encouraging interaction among diverse users.

The space between former warehouses is turned into a public, multifunctional urban square open to the surrounding areas, centered around the Forum. The lost volume from the main entrance, carved through an existing building, is recovered through one-story pavilions that balance the campus composition.

At the heart of the concept is the Core—a diagonal passage through Building A connecting all cluster zones. This dynamic space promotes spontaneous meetings and the exchange of ideas, housing programs that complement everyday work and ultimately spark innovation.
