The complex of buildings of the Court and the Prosecutor's Office is the first public facility in the area covered by the local spatial plan and the beginning of spatial order in an area with a chaotic character of development. The complex consists of three volumes resembling the neighboring buildings. The lowest, two-story structure contains the public functions of the Court (courtrooms); urbanistically, it is a good neighborhood for existing single-family buildings. The highest, four-story building houses offices, law offices and other rooms of the Court with controlled access. This most monumental part of the building compositionally closes the axis of the designed street.

The building's architecture is sustainable, rational and timeless. The assumption of coherence of the Court and Prosecutor's Office buildings is based on a uniform modular construction grid. The divisions of the quarters adapt to the division of the module, ensuring a convenient arrangement of rooms and the ability to open windows in each quarter. On the south and west sides, deep glazing provides shade that prevents overheating of the rooms. Large glazing surrounds public functionshalls, waiting rooms, courtroom foyersproviding views of greenery or open space.
