House in Izabelin

The house was designed to preserve the existing trees and follow the natural slope of the plot. A multi-level living room opens directly onto the garden, shaping the living area like a gallery overlooking the landscape. The compact, modular form of the building links the height of each segment to its footprint, clearly separating functions and creating a sense of harmony inside. Terracing the structure westward improves sunlight in the garden, while the compact, varied massing reduces operating costs.
