The project blends contemporary design with traditional architectural elements, reflecting the seaside character of the area. The elongated form of the building follows the shape of the plot, while its gable roof, white brick, and natural wood details reference regional traditions. A south-facing arcade provides terraces, and the light, natural materials harmonize with the coastal landscape.
