The project, designed for a public investor, revitalizes a post-industrial site while honoring Warsaw's tradition of social housing as an alternative to developer-led estates. By preserving and adapting the former Warsowin factory, it fosters local identity, sustainability, and community integration. Flexible apartment layouts ensure diverse housing options, while lush greenery, rainwater management, and shared spaces create a vibrant, multi-generational neighborhood.
