University of Warsaw Sports Center

The new Sports and Recreation Center aims to revitalize the campus space of the University of Warsaw, previously perceived as unattractive and lifeless. With its informal architecture inspired by urban sports aesthetics and sustainable solutions, the building encourages the entire academic community to engage in physical activity. It combines a timber structure with reinforced concrete cores, while its compact form and use of renewable energy sources ensure high energy efficiency. Designed in the spirit of accessibility and openness, the project promotes a healthy lifestyle and strengthens the urban identity of the campus.
