Żerański Park will be developed on a 1.4 km post-industrial waterfront site of the former, unfinished river port. Once a hub of industry, the area is now a habitat for various amphibians and small mammals. The design retains elements of its industrial heritage, integrating them into a new green space for local residents. The park will feature recreational areas, small pavilions reflecting the region's industrial past, and pathways that promote biodiversity and community engagement, serving diverse users from cyclists to families.
