Indigenous and Territory: Review of the 18th Venice Architecture Biennale

This year’s Venice Architecture Biennale, following the curator Lesley Lokko’s call, aimed to showcase Africa as a ‘laboratory of the future.’ However, this was not achieved. Nevertheless, from a holistic perspective, the exhibition is seen as coherent, thoughtful, and successful. Marcin Maraszek and Maciej Kaufman from the archigrest studio summarize the Venice Biennale in ‘Architektura-murator.’
